Training
Espresso To Go’s comprehensive training program is conducted over approximately 4 weeks. It includes:
- Four days classroom training;
- A minimum of three weeks “on the job” training in your territory.
Your training will cover the following :
» Espresso Coffee Making (Barista) Training, Van Operation and Maintenance – instruction on how to make menu items including espresso coffees, use of the espresso machine and other appliances, creaming/steaming milk, adjusting the grind of coffee beans for best results, general van operating procedures including generator, generator maintenance, espresso machine and appliance maintenance. Practicing and perfecting product recipes.
» Territory Building and Marketing Techniques – maintaining and building your customer base with our comprehensive Business Development Program, how to maximize the efficiency of the run.
» The Business Development Program – lead generation strategies, key selling points, promotional opportunities, developing a 12-month marketing campaign, how to handle new leads and maximize opportunities, product focus and seasonal opportunities.
» Sales Engineering, PDA and Marketing Software – instruction on operation of the PDA system and marketing software, how to engineer the route, how to read PDA reports to determine how and where to focus marketing efforts.
» Administration/Financial and Management Support.
» Inventory and Stock Control – how to order and purchase products, purchase ordering system, approved products and suppliers, minimum stock levels, inventory management, storage and rotation.
